About the restaurant
Frank Restaurant & Bar is on Hobart's waterfront and it's brought to you by the brains behind Smolt, one of the city's favourite restaurants. The menu at Frank is contemporary with strong Argentinian leanings; expect spicy chorizo and slow cooked beef. Some of the dishes are experimental, but that's what keeps things interesting. While the cuisine may be exotic, the drinks are proudly home-grown, with house-made pale ale, and Tasmanian whiskey and wine.
