Evolve Spirits Bar at The MACq 01 Hotel

Evolve Spirits Bar is a luxury lounge bar in the MACq 01 Hotel on the historic waterfront in Hobart.  Choose from an extensive range rare spirits that include one-off bottlings of Glenfiddich and Balvenie whiskies, Glen Grant single malts from 1950, cognac dating over 100 years old. While Evolve’s  focus is on fine spirit tastings and built spirit beverages, a small selection of wines and beers are also offered on the menu.
