Established in 1859 by William Salter, Saltram Wine Estate has become a Barossa Valley icon of Australian winemaking and produces some of Australia's most recognisable and award winning wines. Open the door to warm and inviting surrounds and a food and wine experience at Salter's for a sumptuous seasonal menu showcasing the best of local Barossa produce.
