Typical of what Rosewater's Vietnamese scene is known for, Pho Han is simple, shop front, food focussed eating. Grab take-out if fluro lights and glass table tops faze you, but ultimately this eatery means well. The glad-to-see-your-face owners are intent on serving authentic, flavoursome, fulfilling food. Big serves of fulfilling food. Broken rice is cracker, with sliced meats, fried egg, zingy dipping sauces and cleansing cucumber.
