Pan and Vine is all about pizza and wine on King William Street in Kent Town. Brothers Luke and Anthony Savas perfected their pizza skills at West Beach Pizza Bar before opening their own venture. The perfect base, according to the Savas boys, is a thin, relatively crisp crust, with slightly burnt edges and they achieve this using a gas-heated, stone-base pizza oven. Make sure you save room for the rocky road calzone.
