The Wined Bar, located on the ground floor of Adelaide's National Wine Centre, boasts a picturesque courtyard overlooking the magnificent Botanic Gardens. Open from 9am to 7pm daily, the cellar door offers tapas inspired menu, and naturally, dishes are complimented by a well-crafted list of Australian wines. For those not very hungry, you could just drop in for a cheese board and a glass of wine instead.

The National Wine Centre's 'Wined Bar' boasts Australia's largest tasting room experience with visitors able to sample 120 different wines thanks to the installation of state of-the-art Enomatic wine preservation and dispensing machines.
The Wined Bar is part of the Centre's Cellar Door where you can choose, pour and taste every wine - from Penfolds' Grange to boutique wine labels. With all the best Cellar Doors in the one place, visitors are able to find the perfect wine to suit their taste and budget. Friendly, educated staff are on hand to help you discover the perfect drop.

Friday's Uncorked is a fortnightly event held on Friday evenings from 4.30pm at the National Wine Centre. Open to the general public, Uncorked is a free entry event perfect for everyone from those with a keen interest in wine to people who simply want to learn more. Guests are invited to enjoy wines from the featured winery in a fun and interactive atmosphere by the glass, bottle and tasting flight. For those who are after a more structured experience there is the opportunity to book in to a 'Meet the Maker' master class. Held in conjunction to Uncorked from 5pm - 6pm for $20 tickets to this portion of the evening are extremely limited and bookings are essential.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Wined Bar offers an a tapas inspired menu and weekend brunch menu of simple, seasonal delights from salads and gourmet burgers. Mezze plates are perfect for sharing with friends. The ultimate wine-friendly meal is the beautiful cheese platter, which features Barossa Washington washed rind, Limestone Coast cloth aged cheddar, or Woodside Edith goats' cheese served with quince paste, lavosh, dried fruit, and nuts. Paired with a premium Fire Gully Chardonnay or Zusammen Shiraz it's an esteemed combination.

The National Wine Centre boasts a number of spaces to accommodate functions of an intimate and grand scale. Hickinbotham Hall is the main function space located on the ground floor. It is able to cater for up to 500 guests for a cocktail reception, 360 at round tables or 300 at round tables with a dance floor. Exhibition Hall boasts wooden floor boards and a vibrant display of wine memorabilia. It seats up to 150 guests for dinner and is suitable for weddings, social functions and conferences. The Ferguson and Broughton Rooms are perfect for seminars or business meetings.
