Some friends invited us to join them with a Living Social Voucher to dine at Skyline Restaurant. We went there for dinner last night, but during the afternoon I thought I would look online to check the menu to avoid having to take too long once we got there. I did not find the menu, but read countless reviews, most of which gave very negative reports of their experiences there. We decided not to tell our friends before we went about this, and just hoped for the best.
Well, we did not find fault with anything at all - the waiters were all courteous and attentive during the evening, and the food we ordered did not take too long to arrive - both courses. Between us we ordered 2 steaks, 1 fish, and 1 chicken meals, together with side dishes, and we all commented a number of times on how well presented and delicious our meals were.
After we had finished the meal we told our friends about having seen so many negative reviews, and they were quite amazed. We all enjoyed being in the restaurant itself, with plenty of space between tables and chairs, the meals, and of course THAT VIEW! All in all a most pleasant evening.
