Aurora is an innovative dining concept that is located in the Light on Light Square in the heart of Adelaide. The modern and inviting venue presents a menu that is influenced by Japanese and Korean flavours. The kitchen invokes the use of fire using a custom braai giving meats and vegetables a delicate charing. There is an a la carte and tasting menu to select from and a range of locally sourced wines designed to be perfectly paired with the dishes.
