About the restaurant
Udder Delights Cheese Factory is as an artisan cheese factory in the Adelaide Hills town of Lobethal. It is a family-run business that began as a small goat dairy farm, but has since expanded to incorporate a cheese cellar and cheese dedicated cooking school. The factory makes both goat and cow milk cheese that are of high quality and authentic flavour.
