Chef-owners Matt Merrin and Ty Samuel run a first-floor dining room with panoramic views across the water to Castle Hill, pairing those vistas with a seasonal menu that champions local produce and evolves with what's fresh and excellent. The wine list is extensive, the service polished and professional, and the degustation menu is the full Townsville dining experience done properly.
