The restaurants chic interior lends itself perfectly to the stylish and laid back atmosphere at Noosa beach. Trendy black chairs and bench seating accompany simple wooden tables, whilst unique design flourishes in hues inspired by the coastal setting swathe the space. From eclectic art, teal vases, Moorish throw pillows and lamp shades the décor exudes an effortless sense of savoir-faire. Dine inside or outdoors on the beach terrace by candlelight.

Bistro C has an extensive seasonally-driven menu, which showcases fantastically light, fresh Modern Australian cuisine ideal for beachside dining by Chef Dayle Merlo. Perennial favourites include succulent steak, locally caught fish, freshly shucked oysters or signature dishes such as caramelised pork belly with seared hervey bay scallops and a sticky tamarind jus, and melt in your mouth, calamari. The afternoon menu also packs a punch with mezze plates, seafood antipasto and the famous coconut chicken salad, perfectly suited to a glass of crisp white wine. Make sure to hang around for dessert as the after dinner cocktails are a real treat.

WOW! Great food, great service (thanks Marigon, Jacquie & James) and perfect location on the beach. We shared fish & chips for lunch, simple, fresh and delicious. Returned for dinner to be served THE BEST Caramalised Pork Belly ever plated! Great flavours, succulent and melted in our mouths. Then this morning, back again - Fritatta with salmon baked in a small cast iron pan with a sweet capsicum salsa. Yum! Needless to say "We'll be back!". Thank you - great dining experience. Simply excellent food and great atmosphere. Make sure you book in advance during peak times. When I arrived there were about 20 people lined up and being turned away as they had not booked. Dispite being full, the service and good was great and the food timely. A must when in Noosa. Also great for lunch as its Noosa beach location is hard to beat on a warm sunny day.
