About the restaurant
Situated adjacent to the historic Empire Theatre at Toowoomba, the aptly named Encores restaurant serves classy Modern Australian cuisine. The restaurant specialises in satisfying the theatre crowd, with special pre-theatre and group menus as well as an a la carte option. The indoor/outdoor dining room overlooks the grounds of the theatre precinct and the lounge bar offers a space to kick back with a drink or two.
