About the restaurant
Stingray is a very Californian hangout set in the high-end luxury property, QT Gold Coast. The decor is a fusion of industrial chic design and vibrant pop art to create an uplifting oasis of fun and funk. Whatever you're drinking, the bar staff have it covered, from high-end spirits to fruity cocktails. There's a Mexican-inspired menu that includes the likes of slow-roasted pork belly tacos and fried chicken burgers with plenty of crunch and spice.
