The intimate restaurant faces out onto the lush rainforest surrounds creating a serene and relaxed backdrop, whilst the elevated open fireplace crackles in the background. Given the remote location and boutique style of the retreat, it is the ideal dining escape for couples. The dinner-only menu displays modern European influences with truffle chicken sous vide and Grassland eye fillet served with pea puree and rosemary jus.
