What a delightful little oasis just out of Cairns. We were greeted with a handwritten welcome message and eased into the evening with a huge selection of drinks and an even broader selection of menu options. The crab bruscetta was more than sufficient aperitif when shared between two. As the evening temperature cooled, we were offered blankets ensure comfort on the balcony. Our mains were cooked to perfection and we shared these as well to each get a sample of flavours. Exquisite. I will get the crocodile next time. It is worth the 20 minute trip out of Cairns to experience this restaurant, but parking is a little difficult (take a cab and you can safely enjoy the wide selection of beer/wine on offer).
