BOSC is a bar of social conscience. Consider this when you throw down an Evil Twin Molotov Cocktail - 20% of its annual turnover is donated to an orphanage in Mexico. Bravo. Kudos also for the capsicum they toss in their G&T's, and for their Sweet Disposition of gin, lime juice, mint leaves and rosemary syrup. Even Vegans are pleased with their own wine. Beer worshippers pilgrimage to this West End of town.
