Nostimo Restaurant & Bar

Nostimo Restaurant & Bar has opened in the The Greek Club after their $3 million renovation. Nostimo seats 75 diners inside the restaurant and 85 on the terrace. Acclaimed Sydney-based Greek chef David Tsirekas is their chef in residence who has brought his signature approach to the restaurant, drawing upon techniques he’s honed in his role as executive chef at Sydney’s 1821. The restaurant will present a modern interpretation of a traditional Greek dining experience, expect to find signature dishes such as zesty barbecued swordfish kalamaki skewers on a bed of traditional black-eye bean fasolada soup.
