About the restaurant
In the heart of Newstead, Drum is a sophisticated bar and restaurant, backed by hospitality royalty. Restauranteur Nick Pinn (of Malt dining, Malt Pier, Malt Traders, Vaquero and On the Side) joined forces with Chef Paul Hoffman (previously executive chef of Cru Bar and At Sixes and Sevens) to create the elegant Drum. The menu is modern yet approachable with dishes such as confit duck leg and sous vide half chicken. Drum is also available for functions and events with various canapé options.
