My Thai Kitchen is set in the Centro Milton shopping centre and it's a staple for locals when cooking is just too much to bear. The Pad Thai flies out of the kitchen and the drunken noodles - slippery rice noodles fried with garlic, chilli, chicken breast, egg, red capsicum, coriander, and basil - are a house specialty.
