About the restaurant

It's perfect for groups who want dinner, cocktails and a dancefloor all under one stylish subterranean roof
You need to try the Wagyu beef rendang curry puffs, a snack-sized knockout to start the night right
Look out for a four-room layout, which shifts from intimate dining to full-scale club depending on the night

Spice Nightlife in Fortitude Valley occupies a glamorous subterranean home in the base of the old Sun Building on Brunswick Street. The right turn from the staircase leads to the stunning oriental den-style dining room, all curved leather booths and a feature bar lit up in red, while to the left the bar and dancefloor take over as the night progresses. The menu draws from across Asia: think Peking duck and Davidson plum spring rolls, Wagyu beef rendang curry puffs, and Moreton Bay bug on brioche toast. Cocktails lean theatrical, with teapot-style shared serves like the Sakura Breeze and Kyoto Bloom built for groups. Four rooms can accommodate functions from eight to 450 guests.
