Rosamarino is the home of first class Italian fare and authentic hospitality. Located within a 120-year-old brick building on The Valley’s McLachlan Street, Rosamarino was an idea born out of lockdown and transformed into a beautiful low-lit Italian Diner and Wine Bar. Rosmarino has a sophisticated interior with high ceilings, tall and heavily framed windows, and concrete floors. Owners Andrea and Lauren bring warm Italian hospitality, and Chef Dario Manca’s obsession with bread, flavours and modern Italian cuisine is reflected in the fine-dining menu.  Specialising in experimental dishes, pasta, cheese and salumi along with an amazing international wine cellar - Rosamarino is an Italian you cannot miss.
