Don't expect to find a gas or electronic stove in sight here; the kitchen is entirely fueled by a crackling wood stove, crafting a delicate menu of slightly smoked delights. Food is modern Australian, showcasing fresh produce with international influences of Europe and Asian cuisine. With no shortage of wine, the cellar houses over 1500 bottles and, like the food menu, is a mix of Australian and international varieties.
