Melrose Restaurant is a contemporary Pan Asian-inspired dining and rooftop bar experience perched at the serene river end of Oxford Street. Guests can enjoy dishes under blue skies by day and stars by night. The menu features vibrant starters like green papaya salad and wok-tossed kailan, share plates such as five-spice duck pancakes and crispy calamari, plus a range of bao buns and charcoal-grilled mains including wagyu rump cap and barramundi green curry. Melrose also offers a seasonal “Trust Our Chefs” tasting menu, crafting an adventurous culinary journey. The bar serves creative cocktails, mocktails, and a curated selection of soft drinks.
