In the Mercedes-Benz showroom on Adelaide Street in the heart of Brisbane City is Motorwagen, a creative European-inspired restaurant. Name after the world’s first petrol-powered motor vehicle, which Carl Benz (of Mercedes-Benz fame) named the Motorwagen, this restaurant is the brainchild of Sam Pask (ex-OTTO Brisbane, Urbane, Esquire). Pask has been devoted to reflecting the innovation of its namesake by focusing on house made ingredients and sourcing the best local produce available.
