About the restaurant
Brisbane's much loved Fat Noodle, has a new home at The Star Brisbane. Driven by celebrity chef Luke Nguyen, the restaurant dishes up a vibrant mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai and Malay flavours. There's pho, of course, plus steamy laksas, rice paper rolls and seafood pad Thai. The signature dish? Fat Pho noodles - thinly sliced Angus sirloin and brisket, bean sprouts, fresh Thai basil, chilli and rice noodles in Luke's signature 20 hour beef broth
