Dom's Darwin

Set back from the Nightcliff foreshore, Dom’s Bar and Lounge is a cosy bar specialising in exotic cocktails made from premium spirits and local native ingredients. To accompany a menu of Mediterranean shared platters and dumplings, a must-try on your visit is the Territori-tini - an award winning cocktail of the Mango Cup - which encapsulates the vibrant cultural mix of the Northern Territory with the colours to match. Owner Dom Wundke has created a captivating venue for locals to unwind and visitors to experience a hint of tropical Darwin. The table tops and bar are in fact made by Dom himself from local timber recycled from Cyclone Marcus.
