Viand is a flourish of colour, designed by international London based architect Ab Rogers the scene is set - a pair of deep burgundy velvet curtains reveal a scarlet red mosaiced skinned open kitchen right at the centre stage of the dining room offering a completely new and unique dining experience where Annita Potter’s flavours are nothing short of extraordinary, the balance is consistently calibrated, richly flavoured but not overly spicy. A small and snappy cocktail list that changes as often as the three chef tasting menus menu on offer. Vegan friendly and a perfect place for private events in their semi-detached wine room overlooking a charming leafy outdoor courtyard. Offering of some superb wines ranging in various vintages from a unique cellared source complementing the current vintages from local boutiques wine producers.
