On the Promenade Foreshore on Hickson Road, the open space lends itself to the beautiful surrounding vista but it’s the food that gets bums on seats. Chef Charlotte Gonzales-Poncet, who has most recently worked at Fred’s, Felix, Uccello, Coogee Pavilion, and Song’s Kitchen, has created a Middle Eastern menu with a modern twist.
