About the restaurant
With views of Walsh Bay and the wharf from almost every seat in the restaurant, Jounieh is a very special restaurant. On the Promenade Foreshore on Hickson Road, the open space lends itself to the beautiful surrounding vista but it’s the food that gets bums on seats. Chef Charlotte Gonzales-Poncet, who has most recently worked at Fred’s, Felix, Uccello, Coogee Pavilion, and Song’s Kitchen, has created a Middle Eastern menu with a modern twist.
