Housed in the historic Campbell's Stores at The Rocks and perched between the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Como Italian brings a refined yet welcoming interpretation of Italian cuisine to one of Sydney's most iconic addresses. The menu celebrates the union of Italian tradition and Australian produce, from Hiramasa kingfish crudo with blood-orange emulsion and avruga caviar to pistachio-crusted lamb rack, Cotoletta alla Milanese and the signature Fiorentina T-bone. Fresh pasta, a champagne lobster risotto and a cacio e pepe cheese wheel round out a menu that moves with the seasons and changes monthly with regional Italian specials.
