Guests at Blu Bar take in an almost aerial view of Sydney Harbour, being up 36 floors above street level. Wide, comfortable midnight purple chairs are situated against floor to ceiling glass windows, maximising the experience. Blu Bar exudes sophistication; an impressive location for a date, business meeting, or solitary drink.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Blu Bar menu features a concise, contemporary selection of modern Australian bites, all conducive to sharing. Pick at a truffle scented salami plate, or enjoy a warming baked vacherin fondue, fragrant with rosemary and champagne. The cocktail menu was designed by a professional team of world-class mixologists, a worthy excuse to try a cocktail or two if ever you need one. Try a ‘Harbourside Rose'; the heady combination of Bombay Gin, Martini rosato, rose syrup, grapefruit, lychee and egg white is ‘a toast to the romantics'. The wine list is primarily Australian and well priced by the glass, and the spirits selection is extensive.
