About the restaurant
Julio Lobo, the bar's namesake, sounds like the kind of guy we'd like to share a cocktail with. The Cuban sugar baron with expensive taste is reflected in the opulence of the 1950's themed bar and well-crafted, Caribbean-inspired cocktails. The bar menu is perfect to share and has Central American dishes such as slow braised beef and chorizo meatballs or shredded flank steak slow braised in dark beer and brown sugar.
