The restaurant is a heritage-listed site that has been refurbished with Japanese-inspired furnishings, and architectural design features, to create a serene dining enclave in the city. The restaurant offers three main dining areas overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden, private yet atmospheric rooms for larger groups, and a bar where guests can enjoy a pre-dinner drink before their meal. Every room also features pieces from Tetsuya's eclectic art and ceramic collection, from delicate Japanese porcelain to bold Australian sculptures.

Tetsuya’s; I have only eaten there once and I can still remember the amazing experience of tasting his signature Petuna Ocean Trout.

Tetsuya's is always a must-do. I love it best when I go with someone who has never been there before – to see the wonder in their eyes. They really know about service too
