Taste a bit of vibrant Mexico in Sydney's bustling Barangaroo at Tequila Daisy. This diner and bar is anything but a wallflower, offering diners a food and drinks menu that takes its inspiration from traditional Mexican style cuisine made with some of Australia's favourite produce. Start with the tacos made with wagyu beef brisket; before sampling the ocean trout ceviche or for something unique, try the bbq achiote with sides. The drinks menu is equally as creative and offers variations of the classics like the margarita, but it's hard to go past the OG and namesake 'The Daisy'
