About the restaurant
Located at the Southern end of Sussex Street, on the fringes of Chinatown, Sushi Rio is a great little Japanese restaurant with a lively atmosphere. Guests are greeted by a loud 'Irasshaimase!' – before being taken to a stool at their sushi train or tucked away at one of the black leather booths. With dark granite fittings, brushed aluminum and a huge chandelier in the centre of the restaurant, Sushi Rio is modern and sophisticated. The menu offers all your authentic Japanese dishes and at $3 a plate (from the sushi train), Sushi Rio is value for money.
