The tables at Steersons are ready set with steak knives. There is no mistaking the restaurant's speciality. The a la carte menu offers an impressive selection of premium quality steaks, including Haverick's Dry Aged, Southern Grass Fed, Certified Australian Angus Beef (CAAB) and an Australian-Japanese Wagyu Cross. Diners can specify how they would like their steak cooked by referring to descriptions that range from ‘blue – sealed outside while steak is at room temperature' to ‘ medium well – grey from edge to edge with slightly pink centre'. Though the beef options are extensive, there is also a satisfying range of seafood and poultry items, such as a seafood entree plate to share, or a vegetarian tart for main. To accompany a good steak, wine is almost a necessity.

- Functions - Steersons on Lime Street is an open plan site, ideal for intimate functions of up to 20 guests. The venue can also be hired exclusively, seating up to 120 guests sit down. Hosts can choose from a choice of two set menu options, and a three tiered beverage package. Personal touches such as greetings, company logos and floral arrangements can be provided upon request.
