About the restaurant
Spice Trader is located within the historic Porter House building, in Sydney's Castlereagh Street. Built in the 1870's the building has been revived with spectacular old and new architecture to become the Porter House Hotel. Discover Spice Trader a glamorous bar for lovers of fine wines, spirits and cocktails. A DJ performs Thursday-Saturday, so take a seat at the bar on in one of the more intimate banquettes and enjoy. Also visit Bread and Wine on the ground floor for casual wine and bites or head to Dixson & Sons for a fine European dining experience.
