The refined menu includes sustainable meat and seafood options, alongside ingredients like acacia seeds, banksia nectar, bush tomato, paperbark, Illawarra plums and macadamia and the drinks list features botanical-inspired cocktails., Guests can perch at the emerald green terrazzo marble bar or enjoy a sit down meal in the open-air jungle-style atrium. The restaurant and bar can create both intimate spaces or can cater for groups of up to 140 people.
