Kuro

Kent Street’s Kuro is a Japanese dining destination. With four distinctly different spaces, including a brew bar for artisan coffee and high grade matcha, a cocktail bar run by two top end Japanese mixologists, the main restaurant area called Kuro Dining and a 10-seat fine dining restaurant called Teramoto, where guests sit overlooking the open kitchen while enjoying a degustation only menu. Australian ingredients feature throughout the menus however it’s distinctly Japanese in technique and flavour combinations.

Open Monday-Friday 8am-3pm and 6pm-11pm, Saturday 5pm-midnight
