About the restaurant
Kazan Dining is located in Sydney CBD, inside the newly renovated MLC Centre. Kazan is a modern Japanese restaurant based on a 'Noh Stage' which was originally a stage where the performances combined beauty and natural surroundings. Chefs and bar tenders are on a raised level performing in front of the diners giving a theatrical experience. The kitchen is led by Shinya Nakano ex Head Chef of Nobu Melbourne.
Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.
