This 40-seat venue boasts an impressive collection of over 15,000 vinyl records, curated by Merivale’s Head of Music and Entertainment, Nick van Tiel. The Japanese-inspired menu, crafted by Sushi E’s Head Chef Michael Fox, features dishes like prawn sando, grilled skewers, and fillet-o-fish spring rolls. The drinks list offers inventive cocktails such as the togarashi margarita and koji Old Fashioned, alongside sake, highballs, and a selection of wines.
