Opera Kitchen is now under the helm of Matt Moran and is known as House Canteen. Enjoying a stunning location harbourside beneath the sails of the Sydney Opera House, House Canteen is the place to go for an all day dining menu of pan Asian hawker style dishes. Japanese, Vietnamese and Chinese inspired dishes are on the menu, to be enjoyed with a wine or cocktail while enjoying the view that Sydney is famous for. 'On the go' takeaway is available all day, if you are in a hurry.
