About the restaurant
Hills Bros in Sydney's CBD is the little sibling to the coffee guru's Reuben Hills and Paramount Coffee Project. A different outfit for the cafe, see's a smaller, more office chic fit out of muted grays and subtle timber features. Catering to the corporate business district crowds, the menu features some of the favourites like the not-Reuben sandwich and the open cheese-and-tomato toastie complete with a sprinkling of dehydrated vegemite.
