Grill Americano Sydney is an elegant restaurant boasting classic Italian hospitality and a menu featuring Northern Italian contemporary classics set within an old worldly space. One of the signature dishes is the 1.2 kilo bistecca alla Fiorentina, brushed with olive oil and rosemary and grilled to perfection over the Josper grill.
