Nestled inside the Vibe hotel in the CBD, Fino Par is a Spanish-inspired restaurant and bar that is putting sexy back into sherry. These fortified beauties are being resurrected under the expertise of bar manager Brett Harris (of El Topo fame), and a barrel-aged sangria is also making a debut. On the food front Executive Chef Nelson Burgos (ex Mamasita and Foley Lane) is giving tapas a modern makeover and putting Montaditos back on the table.
