This Darling Harbour venue has shrugged off its former role as Jordon's Seafood Restaurant, joining the Nick's Group Restaurant empire and blossoming into Cyren Restaurant & Bar. Boasting a stunning Michael McCann design that features LED lights, bleached timber and water views, this 650-seat restaurant is the go-to destination for big groups.

Best seafood platter you will ever includes a full size lobster that is succulent and fresh. All the seafood is the best quality. We have been here a few times and always order the platter and are never disappointed. The view is fabulous and very relaxing on a sunny day watching the passing parade. Only negative comment is they hold the front best tables for happy hour which seems unfair as the diners are paying full freight and deserve the best seats on the esplanade......Hopefully this might change?????

Excellent. The plentiful meals, atmosphere, views across Cockle Bay and attentive staff were all outstanding. This is a outing that my wife and I will certainly remember for all the right reasons. Thank you.

The venue is amazing as the seats overlook the harbour and the food was nice but overall experience was disappointing. A few of us went Friday in happy hour and ordered drinks and food. We had 3 seperate bills over the time we were at Cyren, each bill was charged at normal rate despite being ordered in happy hour. One mistake can be forgiven, two mistakes is unfortunate, but three mistakes is suspicious. The 3 bills were ordered over a 3 hour period so were definitely ordered in happy hour. It was very disappointing and ruined our night. When we spoke to the manager he was not apologetic at all, complete lack of customer service and treated us like we had done something wrong. If you do decide to go in happy hour, please check your bill, not a very happy hour for us!!

My partner and I went to visit the newly renovated restaurant and were extremely delighted with the new lay out and tentative service. The seafood platter for two was delicious and fresh. Food was brought to us in a period of ten minutes of placing the order. We have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries at Cyrens and will be definitely looking foward to many more there.
