Italian for steak, Bistecca is a popular cocktail bar, 50 seat restaurant and wine store in the heart of the CBD on Bridge Street. Split over three levels in a heritage-fronted building, this Italian restaurant celebrates the famous Tuscan steak, cooked fireside over charcoal, wood and olive branches for a smoky flavour.
