Belly Bao is restaurant with its entire menu set around gua bao, the street food dish that's Taiwan's answer to the soft-shell taco. Trade your pocket change for a soft bun loaded with roast pork belly with crackling, slow-braised beef short rib or panko-crumbed chicken alongside Asian greens, sauce with kick and a sprinkling of nuts. Set in the canteen of Goodgod nightclub in Sydney's CBD, this is much more than just drinking food.
