About the restaurant
On level 7 of Westfield Pitt Street Mall, Babylon is a rooftop bar and restaurant boasting a Levantine menu and an inspired drinks list. With a myriad of private dining areas, an outdoor terrace and an assortment of laneways, Babylon huge space can host up to 800 guests. The various spaces (each with their own unique theme) can all be hired for private events and functions. Chef Arman Uz, formerly from Efendy and Jaaks is behind the pots and pans, has created a sharing menu will uncover the rich flavours and textures of the Levant cuisine which stretches modern Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, Syria and Turkey.
