About the restaurant
The Carrington has long been a Surry Hills stalwart and the recently reopened backstreet pub is more relaxed and accessible than ever. The menu has been designed by Glebe Point Diner’s Alex Kearns and head chef Jon Cowan and features all your favourite classics, with a European bent.
