At Raita Noda, Sydney's most exclusive Japanese restaurant, you'll be learning the true meaning of making a night of a meal. The cosy Surry Hills setup is an eight-seater restaurant (yes, that's eight seats) where a 10-course menu is constructed by Chef Raita Noda using the day's market-fresh produce. The whole production takes about three hours as Noda and his son Momotaro prep, cook and serve each delicate, innovative course. There's also hot and cold sake and Suntory on tap.
